For more than 32 years, Jim has worked at Dynamic Sales, pursuing excellence in his delivery of the company core values: Service, Quality, Commitment, and Integrity. Jim heads up Dynamic’s Industrial Sales division with an emphasis on the rail industry. 

His industry work includes past director of STAFDA – Specialty Tools and Fasteners Distributor Association, and consistent involvement in the organization since 1977. He also serves in leadership for NFIB – National Federation of Independent Businesses, having served as Missouri State Leadership Council Chairman, and continues to serve on the Missouri Leadership Council.
